1. The steel material S45C and SCM440 match with JIS standard, the same grade as international standard, designed /manufactured in Xiangyun head office/plant.
2. Design capability in ALL-IN-ONE, one bigger size die head with several small die core/die cap, like LD250mm two layer die head with HD150mm die core/die cap to make Convenience for clients to choose the mould and save the cost.
3. Diameter of die head is from 30mm to 1500mm MORE, width maximum 5000mm MORE. These dies have been in market for all over the world.
4. LLDPE/LDPE can be used in one mould, HDPE&LDPE can be used in one mould as well.
5. Design for every client, OEM/ODM available, absolutely conform with customer original peripheral equipment’s like extruder, blower... etc.
6.To attain OUTPUT inquiry from customers under assessing following conditions： Film width/thickness(micron)/the screw of size extruder/the power of extruder (KG/HR)/compulsory pressure using(BAR)/the power of blower(HP) Cooling system like two layer Air Ring using/IBC system/Other peripheral equipment specification/heater band voltage/motor reducing ratio( with/without inverter )
7.Design COMPLETE SET selected compatible items as follows to assess /make sure client output demand qty /blow up ratio(BUR) at the best extent：Die head size/smaller die core and cap/air ring type and size/air ring insert/IBC cooling system/rotary base mechanism with gear, with motor reducer/screen changer/durable filter. Die cart with diffuser with wheels/horizontal adaptor/steady stick (bubble guide rod)
